I have been raving about this banana bread for a week, and had some requests for the recipe.
I am on a fitness group on Facebook and one of the coaches posted this recipe. I am not a huge fan of banana bread but this one is a whole different story.
And it’s toddler approved!
Chocolate Banana Bread – Gluten, and Dairy Free
1 c. (about 2) Bananas
2 Large Eggs
3/4 c. Almond Milk
2 c. Old Fashioned Oats (we use gluten free)
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
3T Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. (I did it in my blender). Stir in Chocolate Chips. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
This is the perfect treat for a sweet tooth and I don’t feel guilty afterward. Enjoy!
